Customer Srevice return calls

I know there is no way to directly contact eBay except through the Chatbot. OK I can live with that...if you go through the prompts they are suppose to call you back within a certain amount of time. I have tried multiple times to have them call and every single time I get a message that they tried to call me but, I did not answer or it went to voicemail or something. I have tried on three different phone numbers with the same result. I have no Spam filters on or anything blocked. Has something changed? Anybody else have this problem? Is there system not functioning correctly? very frustrating.

Mentor1 month agoThere are some things that will prevent eBay from calling you back. Some phone providers have spam filters that will catch the eBay phone number and not put the call through. Also, if you are using a VOIP phone number from your internet provider this can prevent eBay from calling you.
