Customer service with selling account
My automed feedback is not showing to potential buyers. I can check the box myself and see it. When I try and slide the visible to all will not turn on. I have talked with 3 different customer service agents and the problem is still not fixed yet. The last agent I spoke with put in a request for IT to fix the problem. She put in a ticket for attention from IT to fix this issue. That was 3 days ago,nothing has been resolved. You have to pull teeth to speak with a live human being. Very disappointed and discouraged with eBay's customer service. Also when I click the icon next to automated feedback, it states I can't make the automated feedback visible to all because I have active listings? At this time of year those automated feedback showing visible to all,may help increase my sales. Any help from anyone we be greatly appreciated!

When I checked your feedback profile I saw about 13-15 Automatic feedback in the first page of 25. So potential customers do see them.
If you looked up a number for ebay's customer service and called it. You never spoke to a real ebay rep. The only way to speak to one is to request a call back by scrolling to the bottom of an ebay page and clicking on the Contact us button under the Help & Contact header. Even then those reps work for a contracted 3rd party call/chat center and they reply to issues by reading through the play book ebay provides them. That book does not cover many of the site issues people run into.
Do keep in mind that this time of year many people are buying gifts for others so they tend to wait before leaving feedback, or overwriting the auto comments.

I can see the Auto-FB you have received by checking the box on your FB history page and then the drop down menu on the right and selecting Most recent instead of the default Most relevant setting.
As of this writing you have received 20 Auto-FBs from customers. Just keep in mind that whether or not the Auto-FB is visible to other members your total count still has the Auto-FB included in it.
If you click the information button on that setting you are referring to is states the following: You are unable to change your comments visibility because you have active listings.
Apparently it does not work if you are a Seller with Active listings.

OP10 months agoThank you for the fast reply! Still confused. I have a buying account and when I am logged into it,when I check other sellers accounts I can see their automated feedback. When I enter a listing from my selling account I can not see it. Very frustrating. It is a shame that eBay dose not provide better support a seller. A buyer has all kinds of support. Thank you for your answer!
