I want a customer service advisor to phone me please regarding a item I sent back and not been refunded for!

If you filed a Return Request and the item has been received by the seller without receiving a refund, you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.
Find the item in your Purchase History.
Select See return details
Select Ask eBay to step in and help.
Select a reason from the dropdown menu, then select Confirm.
