There is no direct to ebay customer service phone number any longer. To reach their customer service go to the bottom right of an ebay page. look under Help & Contact and click on Contact Us, you have to fill in some info then request a call back.
You can probably save time and get better answers for your problem by posting what the issue is here. eBay's C.S. reps work for a 3rd party Call/Chat service, and they read answers from a play book provided by ebay. We on the other hand, are very experienced buyers and sellers who know the policies without having to look them up.
