I am having trouble with my drop down shipping tool and AI is of no help. How do I call ebay, I cant find a phone number

1. CLICK THIS LINK:

2. Select a category that best matches your problem.
3. Answer the chat bots question by stating what you need help with.
4.Type AGENT ( you may have repeat steps 3 and 4)
5. Request a call back or live chat. (Note that the contact options vary depending on the topic and staffing availability)
Monday to Sunday 5:00 am to 09:30 pm PST
Or you can also contact customer service by sending a PRIVATE message on social media. Customer service verifies your identity before responding.

What kind of problem are you having with shipping? Are you using the app or a computer?
We most likely can answer your question about using the tool and trouble shooting whatever problem you are having better than an agent who never uses the site.

OP8 months agoI am no longer able to set carriers or price for shipping. It's prefilled with policy's and when I edit it it makes me create a policy. How do I get back to the simple drop down for flat rate or calculated add the carrier and add flat rate for shipping.

Mentor8 months agoIt sounds like you are opted in to Business Policies and wish to create your shipping methods on each listing as you go.
You need to go to this page> https://www.ebay.com/bp/manage and then select OPT OUT on the upper right
