OP11 months agoEbay is definitely going downhill if this is the best they can do. I tried another phone number that (I had to Google because it wasn't available through their site) and it had me on hold for 2 minutes before a recording said I had to call back because it was outside of business hours - it was 3:30 Eastern time. If 3:30 isn't business hours, then when is.

googling for eBay numbers is not advised at all - they're almost always fraudulent/scam numbers pretending to be eBay.
