Mentor2 years agoThere is no need to contact anyone to start a return.
If the item is damaged or "not as described", eBay's money back guarantee applies. Return the item for a refund. Start here:

If the seller does not cooperate at any point after starting a "not as described" case, after three business days you can ask eBay to step in and refund you.
