customer service number now non-existent
I guess now there is no number to call Ebay. You can talk to an IA robot, which is useless for anything other then simple issues that you can find on the site. Anything a bit more complex your screwed. What exactly is going on with this company? Sounds like it is sinking that they cant afford help? Might be the time to bail out and create your own webpage. How can they treat their customers that pay them good money, and then turn their back on them? This is sad. Anyone have a real human number?

I have been able to speak with Customer Service a few times.
Use the link below, and you can request a call back from Ebay by clicking “Chat with our automated assistant†on the left side of the page. Then type "AGENT" at the bottom in the chat box. You will see an option to request a call back or chat with a CS rep.

Mentor2 years agoI gave it a test and it works. You have to enter AGENT in the chat box several times for them to call you back or chat.

OP2 years agowell it keeps kicking me in a circle asking the same questions over and over again, no matter what I put in the stupid chat box, which is not even a real person. They took down my item for a reason that does not apply to my situation. S0 they in their all knowing cant even answer why specifically, and just give a generic response. They probably know what I am going to ask, and there are no humans that have the authority to over ride an incorrect interpretation by their stupid AI. It would be too much effort and cost on their part to either fix the stupid IA or have a real person, listen and give a rational answer. Been doing Ebay for well over 25 years, have called numerous times and half the time received an intelligent response.
