OP9 months agoThere are people intercepting calls in California acting like they are from eBay trying to get personal information via cell phone, I have encountered them.

Mentor9 months agoI'm trying to figure out what you mean by transfer money. Sellers are paid through their bank accounts. No need to transfer because it is already done.

4.Type AGENT ( you may have repeat steps 3 and 4)

You must have called a number you found on the internet. You cannot call - you have to let them call you.
Have you checked your payment account to see if you have funds available? Your funds may be on hold. If so, your payment account will show the expected release date. https://www.ebay.com/sh/fin
