Customer Service nightmare
How on earth can you find any customer support that involves speaking to or emailing a human being. I get emails returned telling me that they don't monitor that email address. If you reply to an email you get the same canned message. I talked to a person a week ago who claimed that they were entering a dispute for me, but that never happened. There is no accountability. I want to talk to an English speaking decision maker. Any help would be great.

Mentor4 months agoYou can use the Ebay Money Back Guarantee to file either a Refund Request or a Return Request. No need to speak to customer service.
