Customer service is terrible
Bought an item. With in an hour seller had removed listing and information. Also eBay show them as NOT being a registered user anymore. Another Pokémon rip off seller. I can’t get any where with eBay. Now going to credit card company to report the fraud. eBay NO longer has customer service, only AI with a few multiple choice answers that don’t apply to problem. At this point they have hurt sellers. I have cleared my watchlist. And will continue to move to other avenues. To many scammers hurting the hobby. eBay doesn’t care. I pointed out 6 fakes last night to them. Some removed, watch out spending money here lots of fakes. Thanks, Boat Rocker 1

If they have been removed from the site then eBay did it.
I recommend using eBay's refund system BEFORE going to your credit card company because if they deny you then you can not come back to eBay for a refund.
