customer service hung up on me
Does anyone have advice?
eBay allowed an auction buyer to change their mind after opening the item they purchased. They allowed a full refund & want me to pay eBay back too for the promotion fees. Thankfully my bank wont allow them to take out more than they put in. eBay only ever sent me my net profit so the charge wont go through unless they try to undo the deposit. Thats not the point, the point is eBay doesnt see it my way and they put me on hold yesterday just to hang up on me. The whole thing was captured on camera. I am going to post the video to youtube because its the only way I can see eBay even looking into the matter. Any advice on how to get eBay to listen to me?
Also, they just changed the policy of eBay to not allow this kind of auction abuse going forward...coincidence or aknowledgment that I am making valid criticism?
