Customer service - how to contact?
Hello, despite it being at Monday 10 am, no agents are available on ebay! Is this normal? The ability for the company to provide transparency for customer care is simply not there. Loosing all faith here in ebays ability to offer a professional service to its users.

·1 year agoIt’s 6:30 am here in the US. The time change from you ending up on the US site is the problem.
