Customer service hang up
anytime. I call support its allways out of country support center they are very rude and refuse to let me talk to supervisor. To the point of hanging up on me is this common. ?

I don't think they should be hanging up on you, but I don't know their policies.
You can ask right here to get an answer for many questions. Just reply with the question, or start a new topic with a specific title so that we can provide advice and solutions.
Most of the customer service reps are overseas.
