customer service email or phone number?
hi it has been more than 3 days since my return request. I have tried requesting ebay step in to help with return but it does not provide that option for me. I have also requested ebay call me through the ai assistant but no phone call. I cannot find any other email or phone number to get help from ebay. does anyone have this contact info.

Mentor1 year agoIf the seller does not respond after 3 days to your returns request, on day 4, you can go back to the request and click Ask ebay to step in, when it appears, to force a refund.
