Mentor3 years agoYou may not be able to get a call back if you are outside of North America, if you are using a VOIP phone or certain phone service providers, if you use a spam blocker or if your phone provider has eBay's number blocked.
In that case, try requesting a chat with an agent via the chat assistant, or else contact eBay via social media.
