You can ask most questions here too. Lots of experienced buyers and sellers here willing to share their knowledge.
If you are calling a CS rep, lower your expectations of what they can do. Their reach is very limited.
You can reach out on Facebook eBay For Business. It can take a few hours or a couple days for them to get back to you, but they are your best option.
Most issues do not require calling anyone. If you present your situation here, we can at least let you know what you can expect.

Mentor3 years agoAt the link below, you can request a call back from eBay by clicking Have us call you on the left side of the page. If you don't see that option, click Chat with our automated assistant. Then type "agent" at the bottom in the chat box. You'll see an option to request a call back there.
