How do you get a hold of a real customer service rep? I have been restricted because of late payment on two occasions. But for both I was bidding on multiple items from both sellers and they both agreed to wait until all auctions we complete before paying. But eBay put the restriction on my account and I can't figure how to get it removed.

Mentor3 years agoYou can also use buy it now. Bidding and making offers will be restricted for one year. If one falls off before the other, you will be able to bid again.

You cannot get the unpaid item strikes removed. They remain on your account for 12 months.
Some sellers do not block bidders/buyers with unpaid item strikes.
