How do I get any? Customer service reviewed my appeal of a refund, promised to send me an e-mail with the reversal information, and issue my credit. So far they have done NONE of those things, and are impossible to contact. I have never seen a more worthless company in my life. Any suggestions on how to get someone at ebay to actually do their job?
