OP3 weeks agoTHERE ARE FOUR OR FIVE PLACES IN WHICH TO MAKE CONTACT ....BUT BUTTON IS NOT HI LITED LETS JUST SAY THE CONTACT SELLER IS THERE BUT A LITE GRAY IN COLOR SO YOU CAN HIT IT TO YOUR HEARTS CONTENT....BUT NOTHING WILL HAPPEN AFTER TRIAL AND ERROR.ABOUT FIVE MONTHS AGO I WAS TRANSFERRED TO A LIVING PERSON, AND SHE SAID TECNICAL SERVICES WILL INVESTIGATE...AND CONTACT ME W/I/// 72 HOURS ITS BEEN A LONG WAIT ...THE ARTIFICIAL ROBOT IS THE THING THAT TRANFERRED ME TO THE HUMAN PERSON..SO AM STUCK IN TRYING LOCATE HER AGAIN

OP3 weeks agoI KNOW ITS NOT THE SELLER BECAUSE THIS IS FOR TWO YEARS OF MAKING PURCHASES; SO THEY ALL CANY ALL CANT BE DOING IT

It's possible that the Seller either isn't accepting messages or has blocked either just you or a group of Buyers. eBay allows Sellers to block up to 5,000 Buyers for any reason. Once blocked, eBay cannot force the Seller to accept messages from you.
Some Sellers have general blocks in place, such as blocking Buyers in locations they don't ship to. So it certainly might not be you. Unfortunately, we are unable to see what eBay ID's are on an individual Seller's block list.

What happens when you try to contact a seller?
You should be able to click on the "Send message" text line and then see a cursor and enter your message.
