Here's how to contact a general customer service agent:
Thank you for your advice. I have an item listed that I received an offer for. I only got a notification that the offer was about to expire and when I went to the message it was too late to accept it. Is there anyway that I can contact the person that made the offer to let them know that I would accept it?

2. Select a category that best matches your problem.
3. Answer the chat bots question by stating what you need help with. Be brief, don't go into details.

Mentor1 week ago · Edited@vrchiro Unless you can see the buyers USER ID in eBay messages on the offer there is no way to contact them.
If you DO see their USER ID then you can send them a message on their account. Look up the user ID here> https://isdntek.com/ebaytools/Forum_displayUserPages.htm
An agent is not going to be able to help you any with this issue.
