When you write something on this site here where does it go and who answers it I have posted twice and can’t find it anywhere and I have not received any response

Here's how to contact eBay general customer service.
1. CLICK THIS LINK:
https://www.ebay.com/help/contact?type=ContactUs&topicId=4000
2. Select a category that best matches your problem.
3. Answer the chat bots question by stating what you need help with.
4.Type AGENT ( you may have repeat steps 3 and 4)
5. Request a call back or live chat. (Note that the contact options vary depending on the topic and staffing availability)
Monday to Sunday 5:00 am to 09:30 pm PST
Instead of asking them to speak English, which they are speaking, ask them to speak slowly and more clearly.

OP4 months agoThanks for your response but I have tried that route 3 times and not getting any results As far me asking for an English speaking representative that was I asking BUT she hung up on me so what do you have to say about that .?And no one ever called me back as far as the AI bot it doesn’t answer any questions

Obviously customer service should not have hung up on you.
You could post your question on instagram as a private message, but I think you are better off trying again to get a call back from customer service since it might take a few questions to get the information that you need.

They can explain that you are charged the fees are if your item sold. $900 is a substantial fee. What was the high bid on the item when you ended it? Or did you use a reserve price?
