There is no direct line phone number to call ebay's customer service. If you arrange for a call back, you may not get good advice from the hired 3rd party Call/Chat center reps.
If you post about your issue here we can help you with it. This board is manned by the most experienced buyers and sellers on ebay who know the site's policies and possible work arounds.
