I bought something as a guest. Now when I hit on the link to see if it has been shipped yet, it says order not found. Is there a direct way to actually talk to a real customer service agent?

·5 months agoGuest purchases are not part of your regular eBay account. You have to sign out of your eBay account completely, and use the confirmation email they sent you to find the item.
