Is there a way to speak to someone in customers service? The automated system denied my request for a refund. The seller admits in our conversations the item wasn’t delivered

Mentor5 months agoHI: if the item has not been delivered, the fastest way to get a refund is to open an "Item Not Received
case, which will start the process for you getting a refund. HERE is how to do that.
