Hi All,
For 3 hours now the BOT keeps telling me expect a call back in x mins and it never happens. Is there a technical glitch today? I cant reach customer service. I keep receiving automated emails saying they tried but it cant be for 3 hours I have been waiting and there is nothing wrong with my phone. Also, plugged in a different phone no yet the problem persists. Also, what are their hours? Please advise. Thanks so much

·6 months agoDo you have a spam filter on your phone that could be blocking the calls?

Mentor6 months agoSince the pandemic in 2020, ebay has not had a public phone number that can be reached. You have to have them call you.
