Mentor8 months ago@customtailoring There is not a phone number to call eBay. If you tell us what you are contacting eBay about then we can suggest keywords to help you get past the bots to request a call back.
I recommend asking your question here first. We can provide accurate answers and save you time and the frustration of dealing with the bots for most questions. We are experienced buyers and sellers that know eBay policies and procedures.

2. Select a category that best matches your problem.
3. Answer the chat bots question by stating what you need help with. Be brief when you reply to the chat bot.
4.Type AGENT ( you may have repeat steps 3 and 4)
5. Request a call back or live chat. (Note that the contact options vary depending on the topic and staffing availability)
Monday to Sunday 5:00 am to 09:30 pm PST

OP8 months agoI am reaching out regarding the refund amount for my recent case. It indicates that the case was approved in my favor; however, I have only received a refund of $10.56. The total refund amount should be $52.26
Could you please provide clarification on this matter?

Try these steps to get past the bot>

Then select Something else from chat
Incomplete refund
Then type AGENT
I just tested to see if I could get past the bot using these prompts and it worked.
