How can i speak with a human agent at ebay? An item was never shipped; i have asked a refund a month ago. I still haven't gotten a refund.

Mentor8 months agoYou don't need customer service for this. Go to your purchase history. Go to the item in question and click on I haven't received my item. Your seller has 3 business days to prove delivery with tracking or issue a refund. If not, go back to the case on the 4th day and ask eBay to step in and they will force a refund. You only have 30 days to do this, so it might be too late. Please check right away.
If it is too late, go to your funding source. Keep in mind they also have time limits. Next time, no need to wait. You can do this a day after your estimated delivery date has passed.
