Customer Service
How/where do I contact customer service to communicate with a real person? So far I have only encountered help articles and a page where I can choose from certain categories to choose from that I need help with. However, the help articles do not relate to my issue and the categories that I am able to click on do not apply to what I need help with. I am not seeing where I can start a communication with an eBay employee. Yesterday I happened across a page where I could send a message and it was stated that eBay would get back within 24 hours and there was an option to have a copy of my message sent to my email, but there was no copy sent to my email and it's been well over 24 hours and no response from eBay. I can't seem to find that page to redo everything. It should be easier to contact a real person within the eBay network.

Sadly, it is not easy to actually speak to someone from eBay. Here is what we have shared with members recently.
You have some options:
-Ask your question here if not on the account level, we have no access to accounts here. This forum is supported by volunteer Buyers and Sellers.
We recently learned that many of the links we post to Request a call back are now simply forwarding members to eBay's Customer Service "How can we help you today?" page (link below). On that page members have to complete numerous choices before being given ways to be in direct contact with eBay. Depending on the subject, representative availability and other factors requesting a call back may or may not be possible. Chat or an email may be provided. If you get a Chat box Type “AGENT in the box. You can also contact eBay through Social Media if you have accounts there.
