WHY IS IT IMPOSSIBLE TO HAVE A HUMAN CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE TO HELP, "EBAY"AUTOMATED CHAT CANNOT COMPREHEND AND AI ISN'T SINGULARITY QUITE YET. NO MATTER WHAT TIME I CALL IT'S OUTSIDE NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS, YET SOMEHOW DOESN'T MATTER WHAT TIME IT IS, IT'S TIME TO COLLECT THOSE FEE'S !!!

4.Type AGENT ( you may have repeat steps 3 and 4)
