Customer Service
Is there a number for Customer Service? The automated chat is not helping and despite it saying that you can contact them, there is no number.

Mentor9 months agoYes there is a way to speak with an ebay customer service rep, but you can only speak to one by requesting a call back. At the bottom of this page under the Help & Contact header, click on Contact us. However, the rep who calls you back works for a hired 3rd party Call/Chat center, and they have to read from a play book that doesn't cover many issues.
However, for a quicker and often more accurate response to your issue, if you post the details of the issue of the issue you are having here we can help you. WE may not be ebay employees, but we are all very experienced buyers and sellers who know how to get issues resolved, if its possible.
