I was waiting on hold for a supervisor, my call was disconnected. They did call me back, but it only rang for half a ring and there was no one there.
Now, it says it is outside of operating hours and there are no agents. It is 11:04 am central time. It is only giving me the option of sending an email.
How do you actually get through to a human? Like I said, I was just talking with someone.
Do you have another phone number to call?
I can't even reach a human by chat!
