I’m trying to reach someone at Ebay to correct the conversation I’m having with them about a return electronically. I ordered two items only received one so as far as the computer knows I receive my item because there’s a tracking number. So I need to speak with someone to clarify this issue and I cannot find their phone number anywhere. Does anyone have the eBay customer service number?

Actually, you do not need to speak with eBay at this time.
You are protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from the date of receipt: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
Go to the item in your Purchase history and file a RETURN using the reason "Does not match pictures or description". eBay will issue you a pre-paid return shipping label regardless of the Seller's return policy. You return the item and the Seller will have 2 days to refund you. Failing that you go back to the claim and ask eBay to step in and force the refund.
