Customer Service
Has anybody had a engagement with eBay customer service that never gets resolved. Except for the product returned to seller . When the seller advertised 12 month warranty. But doesn't honor it and eBay protects the seller. My opinion is that is fraud.

Mentor10 months ago@luckytycoon I understand your frustration. Seller warranties are not enforceable. A warranty is only as good as the person or company offering it.
Manufacturer warranties are only for items sold by authorized retailers.
I personally think that eBay should not allow any mention of warranty on a listing other than the Allstate warranty offered on some items that you a buyer can purchase.
