In addition to what @infoandy has provided you have the option to post your question here, we don't have account level access but the volunteer Buyers and Sellers here often assist other Members using the venue.

·1 year agoTo speak to someone at eBay, you need to have eBay call you. On the link below, click on "Have
Us Call You" between the time listed below the link. A representative will call back and you can talk to them about your problem. Usually doesn't take too long to get a call back. Since Covid, eBay reps have been working from home. You can't call them, but they will call you. Good luck, hope you can resolve this.
