Hello, I’m have issues with an order. I think the seller is also rude. I need an invoice from my purchase and he stated I need to reach out to “eBay†can someone reach out to me asap.

eBay does not create traditional invoices. Your best proof of purchase is your order details. In your purchase history, click see order details, then click printer friendly.
To speak to customer service, use the link this page “have us call you†- https://www.ebay.com/help/eua?id=5275&mkevt=1&mkpid
If you don't see 'have us call you', click chat. Then type contact an agent.
