I'm trying to contact a live employee regarding a refund on an order placed over a year ago that was initially shipped to the wrong address and after being returned to the seller was not shipped to the address requested.

Mentor1 year agoOver a year ago? That is way too long for ebay to help you. You only have 30 days from receipt of the item to file a return for a wrong item received, or file an item not received. It's even too long to file a charge back with your credit card issuer.
