Customer service
I have been with eBay for over 25 years and this customer service is really bad. I had concierge service for years. Now ebay customer service system is junk.
I would like to talk to someone in USA. I am 70 years old, do not like to talk to foreign customer service people because I can not understand them.
I do not like clicking on help, using AI chat box questions system. Then calling the 866-540-3229 to be talking to AI system that will send me a link. Go to the link to again do the same AI questions before getting some to call me back. Then get someone who can not do problem solving to fix a problem.
How do I get a USA customer service person?

You can not request a rep from a certain location. You can request a call, then ask the rep that calls to have someone else call you. Or you can ask your question via facebook.

If you don't see 'have us call you', click chat. Then type contact an agent.
