customer service
i called ebay about a return. They returned one boot. and the lady said that they will look into it. I havent heard back from them. She had me send pics of it to the buyer. and ask her where the other boot is. Then ebay refunded it. I know ebay customer service is not user freindly. how do i find out about the boots

Mentor2 years ago@p8a8m8ela Are you saying that your buyer only returned one boot? If eBay stepped in and forced a refund you can try appealing.

OP2 years agoI tried they said it was to late. I already talked to a lady and she said she would take care of it. But I am still out of a 100 dollars.

Mentor2 years ago@p8a8m8ela. I'm sorry to say but agents sometimes say what a member wants to hear so that they get a good rating.
You can try contacting customer service again on social media as the agents are more experienced. They can verify if it's too late to appeal or not.
Contact customer service by sending a PRIVATE message on social media. Customer service verifies your identity before responding.

OP2 years agoYes I am saying they returned one boot. I did everything and they said case closed I am **bleep** out of luck I have to suck up the 95 for the boots and 13.25 for shipping there and 13.25 to ship back.
that's eBay for you.
