I have been looking for 20 minutes on how to chat or call ebay cs. Can't find anything and just keep going in the same maddening circle. Can anyone help?

Click on "Automated chat" on the left side of the screen. (Yes, really.)

Add â€˜agent' in the chat box that popped up.

Answer questions if showing up.

Find the agent, maybe under "More actions".

Make a choice for a chat or a call to you.
