Customer service
I’m trying to file a customer service complaint and am unable to access a live cs agent. I am finding this to be very poor customer service on eBay’s part.

eBay agents are working from home so you have to request a call back or live chat.

If you are located outside of US or Canada then you will need to use the Chat option or Social Media
