Mentor2 years ago@jamaljamal FYI. I know it's frustrating but you can't leave negative comments for a buyer in positive feedback. It's a policy violation and the buyer can report it and have it removed. Keep in mind that the feedback you leave for others is for your future BUYERS.

eBay agents are working from home so you have to request a call back or live chat.

2. Request a call back or live chat
( If you receive the automated chat assistant type AGENT in the small box on the lower right of the linked page then you will see the options to contact a live agent, you may have to answer the chat bots questions before it allows you to connect to an agent, this is so you are connected to the right department)

OP2 years agoThat’s what I’m trying to do but that issue does not fit any of the narrow selections they offer you
