customer says they want a return
Buyer says item has a lot of scratches, I put plenty of pictures showing no scratches and in great condition. They want a return. How show I deal with this when I have NO RETURNS.

eBay has a 30-day Money Back Guarantee for Buyers. That Guarantee overrides an individual Seller's return policy.
If the Buyer opens an Item Not as Described return request, even if it's not true, you would need to either accept the return and provide a prepaid return label or offer a refund. You would have only three business days to do that. After the 4th day, eBay can step in and force the refund from your funds.
If the Buyer is just emailing you about a return and has not open a case on eBay, you can respond by mentioning that listing showed no returns. But once she opens a formal case on eBay, you need to accept it or it will not end well for you as the Seller.

OP4 months agoShe is saying that the purse has more scratches than she expected. I took several pictures on my post. Stating the condition of the purse is worse than expected. It was like new condition. Saying very scratched and surface damage. Then goes on to say she wants a return. I'm new to selling and not sure in what to say in response to this lie.
