Customer says they get an error when attempting to buy my product
I had a customer reach out to me saying he was trying to purchase one of my listings but it would pop up with an error saying seller does not ship to CA i was wondering if its a issue on my end or theirs

If it is firearm or airsoft related, eBay doesn't allow those sales to California to comply with state law.

Mentor1 month agoThis usually means that something in the shipping section of the listing is not filled in correctly and eBay cannot calculate the shipping charge. Double check your listings shipping section to make sure that everything is filled in correctly.
