Customer says the purchased item never arrived, eBay held my funds, now she emailed me that the item
eBay is holding sale funds because the customer stated she didn’t receive it. Three days ago she emailed that it was delivered/ eBay is still holding the sale funds

Mentor1 year agoIf the buyer filed an Item Not Received case, s/he can go back to the case and close/cancel it.
You can upload tracking that shows Delivered, and that will also close the case.

Did you upload tracking to the case? If not, please do that now.
Does the tracking show delivered? If so, you can ask eBay to Step In
