Customer says delivered but eBay indicates it’s not
Hi, I have a few card sales from 2 weeeks ago that looks like tracking info basically was stopped being updated by USPS. I messaged a few buyers and they say they received the cards. How do I go about getting payed for these deals when it seems the order will never update to delivered? Is eBay supposed to be prompted them and asking them if they got their cards?
