How is it fair and what protection as a seller do I really have if a buyer can receive their item after delivery and then claim they haven’t received it only for eBay to side with the buyer. This makes no sense

Mentor1 year agoDid you use an ebay shipping label or otherwise uploaded your own tracking?
Does the tracking number on the Order Details show the item was delivered on time?
