Customer returned phone but kept a couple items

Question

Hi so not sure what I can do first time this happened and last thing I want is to refund all and the other party taking advantage.

Side note. When refunding since the sellers get deducted a portion. Is the refund giving to them only the amount the seller received for the sale ?

-BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING ELSE: Use the report Buyer link on the sold item drop-down menu. Report the Buyer for abusing the return process.

-If you refund in full through the claim within the 2 day period then you will get your Final value fees credited back to your account.

-If the claim allows you to deduct money from the item price you can deduct up to 50% BUT will not get your fees back.

-You are a new Seller and a target for scammers selling high value high risk electronic items like phones and LED Monitor.

-If the Buyer forced a return on you then you paid for the return label and that charge will show on your account after delivery back to you is confirmed through tracking.

-Your No returns policy is obviously limited and eBay has more return reasons that bypass that policy then reasons it can be used to decline a return. We see this ... all ... the ... time. You should switch to Accepting returns int he future.
