Customer returned item working perfectly after returning
I had a customer purchase an item from me and after receiving the item stated it didn't work, was actually rather nasty through the return process. When she got the item back to me it worked perfectly and had obviously been used and was dirty. What is the best method to go forward with? I have never had to deal with this before.

·2 years agoIf you haven't refunded the buyer yet and you are a Top Rated Seller who offers free 30-day returns you can given them a partial refund to account for the use and chose not to refund original shipping.
You should report this buyer and state what happened. This will put a flag on your buyer and can correct your account if they opened an Item Not As Described return.
