customer return
My customer wants a refund. It was a new Nutribullet Pro 900 series Magicbullet. They were to return the item in the condition they received it. They sent me a used mess. I cannot resell what they sent. I believe they kept what I sold to them and send me a their used Nutribullet. Need advice on how to handle this situation.

Mentor1 year agoIf they opened an "Item not as described" case you must fully refund the buyer within three days or eBay can force the refund and you lose your fees. Since the item is not in the condition you sent it you can appeal the refund to eBay. Contact eBay customer service for information.
